Ronald brings decades of experience across the financial services industry, including leadership roles in mutual funds, private placements, and private equity. He has served as President of Forward Funds, Webster Investment Management Company, and Longwood Co., a member firm of the NASD, and has held senior advisory roles with firms such as ReFlow Management, Dean Witter & Co., and Hambrecht & Quist.

In addition to his industry experience, Ronald leads a consulting firm that advises financial organizations on strategic development and operational initiatives, working closely with firm principals on a range of complex business challenges.

Ronald is also an accomplished mediator and arbitrator, serving with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, American Arbitration Association, and National Futures Association.

His public service includes roles as President and Member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, President and Member of the San Francisco City Planning Commission, and Chairman of the Board of the San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System. He has also served on the boards of the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District and the League of California Cities.

Ronald has been a guest lecturer at Stanford University, including engagements with Stanford Law School and Stanford Medical School, focusing on mediation and dispute resolution. He holds a BA in American History from Stanford University.
